Titan Ranch Missile Complex Overnight Stay Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Open to U.S. residents aged 21 or older.
Employees of Titan Ranch and their immediate family members are not eligible.
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
2. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a one-night stay at Titan Ranch Missile Complex, located in Vilonia, Arkansas.
Retail value: Approx. $400.
Prize is not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred or resold.
3. Booking and Restrictions
The winner must redeem the prize within 12 months of being notified.
Stay is subject to availability and must be booked directly through Titan Ranch management (not Airbnb).
Blackout dates apply and may include weekends, holidays, and high-demand periods. Titan Ranch reserves the right to determine restricted dates.
Winner must agree to and sign the standard rental agreement and follow all house rules during the stay.
4. How to Enter
Must enter by 8/31/25 to be eligible.
Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random and notified via email and/or phone within 5 days of giveaway closing.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, another winner may be selected.
6. Liability
Titan Ranch is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the stay.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release Titan Ranch from any liability arising out of participation in the giveaway or the use of the prize.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants grant Titan Ranch permission to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Titan Ranch reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
