54 Titan II Missile Complexes started their life in 1962 housing the United States' largest ICBM. Approximately 25 years later they finished their mission and were subsequently decommissioned around 1985.
Decommissioning included destroying the top 25 feet of the missile silo, destroying the access portal including the original stairs and elevator and filling in both areas making it (almost) inaccessible to anyone.
In 2010, I purchased one of the missile complexes in Arkansas and began making it into one of the most unique spaces in the world. It's been almost 10 years and while the journey still continues, the Launch Control Center (LCC), Blast Lock and Tunnels have been transformed into a space that welcomes all.
If you want to see the 10 year journey, I invite you to watch our YouTube channel called Death Wears Bunny Slippers. There's even a video talking about why we named it that. :-)
I'd love to give you a tour of one of the most impressive structures built by man. Feel free to call or text to set up a tour or event!
